Kankxsha Dedhia is People Data, Systems and Compliance Officer at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, working in the People and Culture team within the Office of Operations. She ensures people data is accurate, secure and accessible, and supports the consistent use of HR systems across the Institute.
Her role covers people reporting and analytics, compliance monitoring, safeguarding and UKVI requirements, the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, and close working with payroll. Kankxsha contributed to the implementation of the Institute’s HR Information System (HRIS) and to the development of HR metrics used in decision-making. Her professional focus is on systems management, data governance and process improvement.
